Bring the whole family to the Artists’ Reception at the Idaho Watercolor Society’s 41st Annual Capitol Rotunda Art Show in the awe-inspiring Idaho State Capitol Rotunda. The Boise Philharmonic Youth Orchestra will perform live from 11 am to 12 pm, filling the historic Rotunda with beautiful music while you admire the exceptional watercolor paintings on display.
