DESCRIPTION:Plan to visit the Capitol Rotunda to view watercolor paintings from Idaho artists. Attendees can vote for their favorite paintings. Paintings are also available for purchase. A reception will be held on March 21st from 11:00am -2:00pm. Enjoy snacks and talk with artists while viewing the paintings.
